Attendee Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend an event, someone may be sent in your place at no extra charge. Notification must be made in writing and emailed prior to the event commencing. DCS does not provide refunds for cancellations. Under limited circumstances, DCS will allow refunds with a processing fee. Any cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email or fax.

Attendee Amendment Policy
Downgrading of registrations is not permitted. Registrations may be upgraded at any time. Upgrades will be charged at the current ticket price. Registration payment may not be amended after the date of purchase to accommodate a sale or promotion price.

Sharing of Tickets
DCS does not allow shared registrations. Each badge allows admittance of one person only

Change of Program Content
DCS will endeavor to ensure that conference programs are correct at the time of the event. Unfortunately, we may need to alter the program prior to or during the event and reserve the right to do so without notice. DCS is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of the event.

Attendee Filming Disclaimer
DCS is the sole filming entity at all DCS events including California Jam and the Freedom Crusade. Under no circumstances may attendees bring filming equipment into any aforementioned events. Likewise, phones or personal cameras may not be used during the event to film or livestream. This policy is strictly enforced, not adhering to it will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

By your presence at any DCS event, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed and recorded as part of the release any media now known or hereafter devised. Further, by your presence at DCS event, you grant your permission for your likeness and voice to be included therein without compensation, credit or other consideration.

Groups
DCS does not offer group discounts. Though we take seating preference into consideration, we cannot guarantee that seating requests are fulfilled. To guarantee group seating, tickets must be purchased simultaneously.
